Pricing
As a starting point to calculate my estimates, I measure the square feet for flatwork, or linear face feet for walls, and apply it to the pricing guidelines below.
Project pricing will also be influenced by variables such as: scope of work (large or small project), ease of site access, travel distance, site prep work (drainage issues, demo of existing structures, fill needed, etc.)

Design - After an initial site visit and meeting with my client, a "ballpark" estimate and basic design concept will be provided. If the project scope requires or client desires, a formal site plan will be created and presented. Upon acceptance of the proposal and contract, this cost will be absorbed in the total project cost. My design fee ranges between 250 - 750 dollars, depending on the scope of the design.
